On at least a quarterly basis, members of Patuxent Council lead parishioners in saying the Rosary as part of Eucharistic Adoration, before or after Mass, etc
Supporting Seminarians means building up the kingdom of God and creating new channels for God's grace in the sacraments.
Patuxent Council is proud to provide annual financial support to two seminarians to assist with tuition and living expenses while they are in formation.
Each year, Knights Councils have the opportunity to sponsor a prayer service in devotion to Mary, Our Mother. In 2018-2019, a new Marian Image, Our Lady Help of Persecuted Christians, was commissioned. Councils host the Icon for local prayer services, bringing parishioners together to pray in solidarity with Christians around the world who are persecuted for their faith.

Patuxent Council annually hosts a Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper to mark the eve of the season of Lent. All parishioners are invited to enjoy a delicious, low-cost dinner, and any profits are donated to our Parish. This year's dinner will be on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.
Every Lent, Patuxent Council hosts a series of Lenten Fish Fries, providing an opportunity for parishioners to come together for a delicious meal, fun, and fellowship on Friday evenings during Lent. All profits are donated to support our Parish and various Knights of Columbus Charitable initiatives. 2019 Dates: March 8, March 15, March 22, March 29, April 12.
Members of Patuxent Council cook and serve breakfast and lunch for Bazaar attendees and volunteers, donating all profits to the Bazaar's fundraising efforts.
